For our first phase, The City of El Monte Redevelopment Agency will be working with leading developers to deliver 652 units in a mixed-use community of workforce rental and condominium residential living. Our new residential community is designed around an urban village concept which will include an active ground floor retail and cafe experience; plazas for community congregation, and parks with walking paths.
